A. Good question! Yes, the capitalization rules for titles of books and other works (as described in CMOS 8.160) would apply equally to other capitalized names, including names of organizations and musical groups. But now that CMOS (as of the eighteenth edition) advises an initial cap for prepositions of five letters or more, it would be Rage Against the Machine.
