A. According to our hyphenation guide (at CMOS 7.96, sec. 2), a compound noun that consists of a noun plus a gerund should be left open unless listed as either hyphenated or closed in Merriam-Webster. The term “results sharing” isn’t in M-W in any form (and the similar noun “revenue sharing” is entered without a hyphen), so leave it open.
